Accounts Manager

  • Looking for a meaningful project to work on.
  • Capable of building long-term relationships with customers, being a responsible primary point of contact to clients
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and others to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.
  • Can work anywhere (does NOT need a fancy office) and highly driven to make things happen!
  • Understands ‘startup culture’ and its potential (does not expect huge salary upfront but knows the potential high returns of having company shares).

What are the skills requirements?

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is a plus
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
